Don’t I need to try it before buying it
We understand the familiar concept of a traditional retail store, but at Skelu, we want to give you the best trial experience possible. That’s why you can try all our products in the comfort of your own home, risk-free, for 60 nights to determine whether or not they are perfect for you. If they aren’t working out, you can return them for a full refund.
Will my Skelu mattress work on an adjustable bed frame?
Yes, the Skelu mattress should work just as well as any other foam mattress.
What foundation works best?
Choosing the right surface that supports a mattress can affect the way it feels. Our mattresses are designed to deliver their signature feel sitting on a firm, flat and sturdy surface.
Does Skelu provide a warranty?
10 YEAR FULL REPLACEMENT LIMITED MATTRESS WARRANTY
Please note: Our 10 Year Limited Warranty is voided once the Skelu mattress leaves the US.
Your new Skelu mattress is covered by a 10 Year Full Replacement Limited Warranty. For 10 years after you purchase your new mattress, when it has a defect covered under the warranty, we will replace or repair it. This includes all parts of the mattress determined to have a defect, and there’s no deductible.
Any transportation or shipping costs associated with any such repairs or replacements are purchaser’s responsibility.
No new warranty is provided on a replacement product. The warranty for the replacement product runs from the date of purchase of the original product. Warranty is valid only for the original purchaser from the original purchase date of the original mattress purchased from Skelu and is non-transferable. If the original purchaser sells or otherwise relinquishes ownership of the mattress to another, the subsequent owner accepts the product “as is” and “with all faults.”
Are chemical fire retardants used on the mattresses?
We do not chemically treat our materials, foams or mattresses for any reason. The Skelu mattresses are fully encased in a fire retardant sock , each chosen for its balance of comfort and flammability performance. Our proprietary fire barrier is an inherently fire retardant fabric so it does not need or have additional chemical treatments. The barrier works by interrupting the combustion process in the event of a fire to meet the requirements of 16 CFR Part 1633.
How do I clean my mattress?
We do not recommend removing the cover for washing. Instead, for spills and stains, spot treat the area with mild detergent and cool water – blotting and dabbing gently rather than scrubbing or applying direct force.
When can I expect to receive my SKELU products?
Our products typically ship out of their respective facilities between 1-2 business days after you place your order and then take between 1-5 business days in transit to arrive at your door. Once your product ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
